Why animate interfaces
Static screenshots do not convey how a product works. A short animation shows the sequence of actions, highlights a detail and makes a product presentation more convincing — with no shooting and no complex editing.
What you can animate
- Website or app screens.
- Scrolling through long pages and lists.
- Transitions between sections and states.
- Onboarding and first user steps.
- A “before and after” redesign comparison.
- Screen recording fragments placed into a scene.
How to build the animation
- Prepare screenshots (PNG, JPG, WebP) or a screen recording.
- Add them to a scene in Bloop Motion.
- Set up motion: scale, camera, masks and effects.
- Export the video at the resolution you need.
Tips
- Show the interface up close: small text is unreadable in video.
- Slow motion down where the viewer needs to read.
- Keep the pace: 2–4 seconds per screen.
- Add captions when the visual alone is not obvious.
